Ingredients for approx. 12 servings:
200 g white chocolate coating
60 g cornflakes
20 TEABALLS SWEET LOVE
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate coating:
Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and melt it gently over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring frequently until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Prepare tea balls:
Grind the TEABALLS SWEET LOVE until a fine powder is formed.
Aromatic chocolate coating: Stir the TEABALLS powder into the melted chocolate coating until the aroma is evenly distributed. The scent of raspberry and vanilla will delight you!
Mix in cornflakes:
Add the cornflakes to the flavored chocolate coating and mix gently until the cornflakes are evenly coated in chocolate.
Portioning:
Use a spoon to place small portions of the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Let cool:
Place the tray in the refrigerator and let the chocolate crosses set (approx. 30 minutes).
