Ingredients:

  • 2 bars of white chocolate

  • 2 bars of milk chocolate

  • 2 bars of dark chocolate

  • Toppings as desired (e.g. nuts, dried fruits, sprinkles)

  • TEABALLS

Preparation – step by step:

  1. Preparation: Preheat the oven to 50°C fan/convection oven and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Melt the chocolate: Spread the chocolate bars evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Place the sheet in the oven and let the chocolate melt for 10–12 minutes. Be careful not to leave it in the oven any longer than that to avoid burning.

  3. Marbling: Remove the tray from the oven and use a wooden skewer or fork to gently marble the melted chocolate. This creates a beautiful pattern. Use tea balls for a special flavor ! Simply grind the tea balls and sprinkle them over the chocolate before you begin marbling.

  4. Decorate: Sprinkle the still-warm chocolate with your favorite toppings. Your creativity knows no bounds!

  5. Harden: Allow the decorated chocolate to set completely. Then you can remove it from the baking paper and break it into bite-sized pieces.
